This issue of the 2002 Division 3 Newsletter focuses on child voice and its production. The issue encompasses a range of contributions from those involved in the basic sciences to those practicing clinically on a daily basis.
Child voice was selected as the topic of the year based on feedback from affiliates to the Steering Committee. The first issue provides an overview of the child voice and includes viewpoints on anatomical, functional, assessment, and rehabilitative issues. It is intended to provide a window into the areas of the child voice that are distinct from those commonly discussed in the adult voice literature.
